How long does it take to get my pictures back?
I ask that you give me 3-5 buisness days. Most of the time you will gt your photos before but as you know life can be unexpected!
How do I get my pictures?
Pictures will be sent digitally via email with a link to a google drive. If this does not work, One drive is available or a provided USB.
What does Print Release Mean?
Print release means my logo “Shine Juntos Photography” is not shown on the final pictures. Some packages come with print relsease in the price included. You can always add print release to any package for an additional cost.
Will you share my pictures?
I will always get consent to share any pictures on my social media or webpage with my logo. Giving consent gives you a $10 dollar discount on the session.
Payment Method and Deposit
At the moment I accept many payment methods including Zelle, Venmo and Cash.
When possible I do require a 20% deposit to secure your spot that will be deducted from your total amount. If needing to cancel or no show, the deposit is non refundable. When re-scheduling, your deposit will be added to that session.
Do you participate in community events?
Yes I do! I can participate at events as a vendor or as an information booth where I offer free pictures in exchange for a follow or share on social media. Message me for more information.
